Now here's a follow up of sorts: What qualities <i>other</i> than ability to write do <i>you</i> look for in a potential client? Is it personality--outgoing, quietly confident, etc.; professionalism--e.g. the ability to be patient and work <i>with</i> the agent and not against them; is it something intangible, something akin to a "gut-feeling" that this writer has what it takes?
